I'm a doofus, and I put the wrong address for the cufflinks to be sent to, so they got returned to the sender. I contacted her, explained my mistake, and without any further questions or anything, she immediately sent out another pair so that my husband was able to open them on Christmas Day! I am all about customer service - I would DEFINITELY order from pixelparty again!
